  • Shipping Origin: While we are based in the United States, our blank product components are sourced from China.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Refund & Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bold Collective Design.

  • Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
